Talent trees will only be 31 points deep and we'll only get 41 points. At level 10 you'll choose a tree before you put in a talent point. You'll then get a spec specific ability that used to be deep in the tree such as mortal strike, thunder storm or water elemental. You get talent points every other level and are locked into that single tree until you've got 31 points in it, which would be at 70.

Lame.  Never thought the talent tree system was broken really.  Mixing and matching was nice while leveling.

The problem is Azeroth doesn't have the resources to keep up with soul inflation. The player population increased from 11 million to 11.5 million but during the same time the number of souls increased by 20%. I'm not supposed to tell you this, but it's a system on the brink of collapse.  Faal
